to Dr. Efe Agbamu for being named MASSP’s 2011 High School
Principal of the Year! Efe is the Principal at Park High School which
is part of South Washington County Schools and Capitol Division.***
The Minnesota Association of Secondary School Principals (MASSP) named
Park High School Principal Efe Agbamu, the 2011 Principal of the Year.
Efe was named Wednesday night during the 2011 Winter Conference Opening
Session sponsored by Jostens. Efe is an active member of our
Capitol Division and will represent all MN high school principals as
the MN High School Principal of the Year. Candidates for
Principal of the Year are evaluated on the following: the ability to
achieve goals in the school community, improving teaching and learning
through implementing programs encouraging student achievement and
providing a positive school environment for both staff and students. A
selection committee will determine the national winner, which will be
announced in September of 2011. Congratulations to Efe, her staff
and her family.
